Who we are

impulsednb.ro is run by Impulsednb S.R.L. (IMPULSE), Str. Biruinței 81, Bl. 2, Et. 7, Ap. 707, Romania — the data controller for this website. Contact: office@impulsednb.ro.

What we collect, and why

• Site statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and ticket-button clicks. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• Ticket-link clicks. Ticket buttons go through impulsednb.ro/bilete, which records the time, the part of the site and the source (for example Instagram or an ad) before sending you to livetickets.ro. No name, email or IP address is stored in this log.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API — only if you click “Accept”. With your consent we load the Meta Pixel, which sets Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and tells Meta that you viewed a page or clicked a ticket button. When you click a ticket button, our server also sends Meta that click with your browser's IP address, user agent and those cookie values, so Meta can measure and improve our ads. If you click “No thanks”, neither happens. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Meta processes this data under its own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Your cookie choice. We remember it in your browser (impulse_consent) for 6 months.
• Instagram content. The home page shows our latest Instagram post. It's loaded through our own server, so your browser doesn't contact Instagram.
• Maps. The location section embeds Google Maps, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Tickets

We don't sell tickets on this site. Purchases happen on livetickets.ro, which handles your order and payment data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Ticket-click records are kept for up to 24 months for event statistics. Data sent to Meta is kept by Meta according to its policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time — that doesn't affect anything done before. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Deleting your data

1. Stop future collection: change your cookie choice and pick “No thanks”, or clear this site's cookies in your browser.
2. Data held by Meta: in Facebook or Instagram, go to Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies, where you can clear it and disconnect future activity.
3. Anything we hold: email office@impulsednb.ro with the subject “Data deletion”. We reply within 30 days. Our click log holds no personal identifiers, so there's usually nothing tied to you, and we'll tell you so.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
